JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Overview: Delivery & Process Ownership

• Oversee and direct comprehensive testing initiatives for LOS (Loan Origination System) and Assets Banking projects.

• Ensure the highest quality of testing, governance, and timely delivery of projects.

• Propel quality assurance practices and continuous improvement in testing.

• Serve as the primary testing lead for stakeholder engagement and project governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall accountability for the quality of testing and adherence to project timelines.

• Develop and oversee Test Strategy, Test Plans, and the overall testing roadmap.

• Define resource needs, allocation strategies, and technical skill requirements.

• Formulate Test Design, Test Execution Plans, and testing schedules.

• Promote test improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.

• Ensure comprehensive functional, integration, and end-to-end testing coverage.

• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

• Evaluate testing deliverables and readiness for production release.

LOS / Assets Domain Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS).

• Experience with banking applications related to Assets and Lending.

• Familiarity with loan onboarding, credit assessment, approval workflows, disbursement, and servicing processes.

• Knowledge of banking regulations, risk management, and compliance standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with banking stakeholders regarding project risks, concerns, and resolution of issues.

• Provide regular project updates to Delivery Managers and Program Managers.

• Collaborate with Business, Technology, and Vendor teams.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication regarding project status.

Defect Management & Quality Governance

• Lead defect management and lifecycle activities.

• Conduct defect triage, prioritization, and closure assessments.

• Monitor quality metrics and defect trends.

• Facilitate root cause analysis and preventive action planning.

Compliance & Process Governance

• Ensure adherence to GBK and QualityKiosk processes and standards.

• Promote compliance with testing governance and quality frameworks.

• Support project audits and quality reviews.

• Maintain project documentation and knowledge bases.

Knowledge Management

• Encourage knowledge sharing across project teams.

• Preserve project artifacts, lessons learned, and best practices.

• Ensure continuity and accessibility of project knowledge.

Metrics & Reporting

• Responsible for measurement and implementation of metrics.

• Track test execution metrics, defect metrics, and quality KPIs.

• Create dashboards and management reports.

• Provide insights into project health, risks, and delivery progress.
