Job Description
Project Manager – Banking & QA Delivery
Educational Qualification & Certification:
- Must have completed B.E./B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. (IT) / B.Sc. / BCA / B.Com. / BBA from a recognized AICTE-approved college/university.
- Must hold a valid PMP Certification.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of total experience, with at least 5+ years as a Project Manager.
- Proven experience in project delivery within the banking and financial services domain is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Delivery:
- Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and scope.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the Bank, managing all interactions related to the project's baseline and schedule.
- Ensure proper implementation of testing processes as defined in the RFP documentation.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with the Bank's SPOC for all project matters.
- Provide escalation support to the vendor's senior management team, when required.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with all stakeholders to review progress and align expectations.
Governance & Stakeholder Management:
- Review and administer the Project Change Control Procedure in coordination with the Bank SPOC.
- Identify and resolve issues collaboratively with the Bank's stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver all periodic reports, dashboards, and documentation related to the project.
- Interface and manage expectations with customer stakeholders across Core Banking Systems (CBS) and Non-CBS applications.
- Effectively manage stakeholder expectations from QualityKiosk's senior leadership.
