Job Description

Project Manager – Banking & QA Delivery

Educational Qualification & Certification:

  • Must have completed B.E./B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. (IT) / B.Sc. / BCA / B.Com. / BBA from a recognized AICTE-approved college/university.
  • Must hold a valid PMP Certification.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of total experience, with at least 5+ years as a Project Manager.
  • Proven experience in project delivery within the banking and financial services domain is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Delivery:

  • Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and scope.
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the Bank, managing all interactions related to the project's baseline and schedule.
  • Ensure proper implementation of testing processes as defined in the RFP documentation.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with the Bank's SPOC for all project matters.
  • Provide escalation support to the vendor's senior management team, when required.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with all stakeholders to review progress and align expectations.

Governance & Stakeholder Management:

  • Review and administer the Project Change Control Procedure in coordination with the Bank SPOC.
  • Identify and resolve issues collaboratively with the Bank's stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver all periodic reports, dashboards, and documentation related to the project.
  • Interface and manage expectations with customer stakeholders across Core Banking Systems (CBS) and Non-CBS applications.
  • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations from QualityKiosk's senior leadership.
