Job Description
- Proficiency in stakeholder and program management
- Strong capability in devising and implementing TDM tools and end-to-end solutions
- Preferable experience with Delphix; other TDM tools include CA TDM and IBM OPTIM
- Familiarity with test data profiling, data quality assessment, masking, PII identification, and integrating in CI/CD
- Experience in managing test scenario and requirement gathering processes, as well as estimating and provisioning test data
- Hands-on experience with database technologies such as DB2, IMS, VSAM, Oracle, and MS SQL for enterprise applications
- Proficiency in scheduling tools like Control-M, ESP, and Endeavor
- Proficiency in any scripting language such as Python or Java
