Description

We are seeking a detail-focused Test Engineer to join our team. The role is well-suited for freshers or entry-level candidates who want to begin a career in software testing and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of test plans and test cases.
• Detect, document, and monitor defects until they are resolved.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to review requirements and improve product quality.
• Join test case reviews and contribute to test strategy discussions.
• Perform regression testing to confirm that new features do not break existing functionality.

Skills and Qualifications

• Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or TestRail.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages including Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Capability to prepare clear, concise bug reports and test documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
