Test Engineer

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements:

• Must have completed B.E./B.Tech in any stream / MCA / M.Sc. (IT) with 1+ year of experience as a Test Engineer,
• OR
• Must have completed B.Sc. / BCA / B.Com. / BBA with 2+ years of similar experience from an AICTE-recognized college/university.
• ISTQB Foundation Level Certification (or equivalent) must be cleared within three months of joining.

Domain & Technical Expertise:

• Experience in one or more of the following domains:
• Internet Banking (IB)
• Mobile Banking (MB)
• ATM
• CMP (Cash Management Platform)
• SCFU (Single Customer Financial Utility)
• Pension systems
• Indian Banking Domain experience is mandatory.

Testing & Technical Skills:

• Experience in:
• Mobile App Functional Testing
• System Integration Testing (SIT)
• Regression Testing
• Black Box Testing
• iOS and Android testing experience, with clear understanding of platform differences:
• Handling APKs, log retrieval, and platform-specific validations.
• Ability to:
• Execute test cases as per defined scenarios.
• Log test execution results accurately.
• Assist in defect classification and defect reporting.
• Create functional level test cases.
• Provide test data for reporting and analysis.
• Update Daily Status Reports (DSRs) to communicate accurate testing progress.
• Experience using test management tools like JIRA.
• Capable of writing and executing SQL scripts for data-level validation.
