Test Data Management Engineer(C2H)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end test data lifecycle, including data sourcing, masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation.
• Work with database systems like AWS RDS, SQL Server, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Utilize tools like Delphix, Informatica, or similar for test data management.
• Develop custom scripts to support data provisioning and automation across environments.
• Explore and apply GenAI-based techniques for intelligent data generation (preferred).
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to support automated testing using tools like TOSCA, Gherkin, and Selenium.
• Work in cloud environments: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Support Agile and DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub, SonarQube, etc.
• Adapt to evolving priorities with strong communication, empathy, and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred, not mandatory).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Test Data Management.
• Hands-on experience with TDM tools (e.g., Delphix, Informatica).
• Knowledge of scripting for automation and test data preparation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with modern delivery methodologies: XP, SAFe, DevSecOps, Lean.
