Test Automation

Description

We are looking for a skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and automation, with the ability to design, develop, and execute automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand testing requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
• Execute automated tests and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Continuously improve the automation framework and testing processes.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality of code.
• Document test cases, test scripts, and test results for future reference.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Strong knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
