Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Maximize the reach of SIM and data sales by expanding the distribution and retail footprint in the assigned territory.
  • Drive sales through deep understanding of market demographics and customer segmentation.
  • Ensure distributor and retailer profitability, satisfaction, and engagement through strategic relationship management.
  • Execute marketing and merchandising initiatives to increase channel value and visibility.
  • Provide regular market intelligence reports and support network enhancement activities.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with retailers and Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to ensure consistent service levels and market coverage.
  • Implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy aligned with prepaid business goals.
  • Analyze market and competitor trends to identify opportunities and improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues impacting customer acquisition and satisfaction.
  • Maintain basic operational hygiene including timely reporting, data analysis, and stock/inventory checks.
