Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Expand SIM and data product availability by maximizing the number of selling outlets across the assigned territory.
  • Ensure consistent service and engagement with the existing customer base through effective channel management.
  • Drive Go-To-Market strategy based on local market demographics and customer segmentation.
  • Optimize distributor, retailer, and FSE value through strong merchandising and marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze competitor performance and market trends through regular intelligence reports.
  • Collaborate with the network team to resolve coverage issues and enhance service quality.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end prepaid business operations in the designated territory.
  • Monitor channel profitability and satisfaction metrics to ensure partner loyalty and performance.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Retailers and Field Sales Executives to drive engagement.
  • Facilitate data-driven decision-making using field insights and market data.
  • Execute promotional strategies and training for continuous sales improvement.
