The incumbent will be responsible driving the secondary sales and merchandizing by building and developing long term relationships with the retailers.

Key Stakeholders: Internal

Sales Team, ZHR, CO

Key Stakeholders: External

Retail Outlets, Distributors

Reporting Structure

Will report to Area business Manager

Experience

  • 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in FMCG/Pharma/OTC industry
  • Product understanding
  • Negotiation
  • Good local geographical Knowledge
  • Local Language fluency
  • Distributor Management
  • Basic Calculation of retail scheme/ distributor scheme

SSC or Equivalent

  • Cover Retail Outlets in the respective territory
  • Achieve assigned monthly Target
  • Responsible for New Outlet Opening
  • Responsible for New Product Launch
  • Manage Distributor in his assigned area
  • Achieve POB Target on daily Basis
  • Ensure POB execution(secondary)
  • Mobile reporting (Attendance & Sales) on daily basis
  • Responsible for repeat & frequent order from outlets
  • Responsible for merchandising & store branding
