Job Description

• Candidate should be graduate.

• Should have good communication skill.

• Should have experience in sales.

Core responsibilities:

  • Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas for the assigned territory. 
  • Team leadership: Hire, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team goals. 
  • Customer relationship management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, address their needs, and ensure their satisfaction. 
  • Business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads within the territory. 
  • Performance analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management. 
  • Market monitoring: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy. 
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing and other departments to develop and execute integrated strategies that support sales efforts.
