Telesales Executive (B2C Process)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement telesales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other sales techniques
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase services
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service
