About ImpactGuru:

ImpactGuru is Indias leading crowdfunding platform that helps patients raise funds for medical treatments. Our GEM (Give Every Month) program is a monthly donation plan that supports long-term medical fundraising for patients in need.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our GEM team. Your main job is to call potential donors, explain the GEM program, and convert them into monthly donors. Youll be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining donor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential donors.
  • Clearly explain the benefits of the GEM monthly donation program.
  • Convert leads into regular monthly donors.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with donors.
  • Handle donor questions or concerns in a polite and professional manner.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Record all interactions and donor details in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or a Bachelors degree (preferred).
  • 12 years of telesales or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Prior experience in subscription sales is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with targets and using CRM tools.
