Job Description

  • Understand customer psyche and record both successful and unsuccessful sales methods
  • Handle huge volumes of inbound and outbound tele calling
  • Improve organisational efficiency through diligent observation skills as a tele caller 
  • Help the company grow by finding opportunities in customer requirements 
  • Resolve complaints, provide solutions and follow up with customers

Responsibilities

  • Memorise scripts and customise them for the clients as per the situation while tele calling
  • Foster relationships with existing clients, and build a rapport with potential clients
  • Make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during tele calling
  • Report the analysis and observation to the team lead
  • Adhere to organisational guidelines and methodology while tele calling
  • Generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma
  • Strong communication skills and command of the English language
  • Previous experience in a tele caller job or similar role
  • Data entry skills to complement the tele calling work
  • Ability to close sales through the right negotiation skills

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Research skills for tele calling and reaching out to new clientele
  • Proven track record of being a tele caller and conducting sales through the telephone
  • Ability to switch the communication style based on social cues and conversational hints
  • Knowledge of CRM software programs and telephone systems is a big bonus
