Telecaller

Role & Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers over the telephone, making outgoing calls and handling incoming calls.
• Generate leads for the sales team through telecalling activities.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and provide necessary information.
• Promote products or services effectively to potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure follow-up on generated leads.
• Stay updated on products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

• 2–7 years of experience in telecalling or telesales.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal).
• Basic knowledge of computers is required.
• Ability to sustain conversations and handle objections professionally.
• Knowledge of the IT field is an added advantage.
