Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
- Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into opportunities.
- Update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up with interested prospects through email, SMS, or scheduled callbacks.
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to improve campaigns.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and promotions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- 1–3 years of telesales, inside sales, or customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle rejection positively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is an advantage.
- Comfortable using scripts and following structured sales processes.
