Job Description
Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a highly motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our client's team, preferably from the NBFC, Financial Services, or Banking industry. This role is crucial for driving sales through proactive outbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients to effectively promote and sell our products/services.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing their queries promptly, and providing tailored solutions.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Record Keeping: Accurately record and update detailed customer information and sales activity in the CRM system.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.
Feedback Loop: Provide constructive feedback to the management team on customer needs, prevailing market conditions, and potential product/service improvements.
Requirements
- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Industry Experience: Preferably from the NBFC, Financial Services, or Banking industry.
