We are looking for energetic and target-driven Product Advisors to guide customers through premium membership services and help them make informed decisions during their matchmaking journey. The role involves handling customer interactions through calls and walk-in enquiries while achieving sales and conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact prospective customers from assigned leads and explain premium membership services.
* Convert free members into paid members through effective consultation and sales approaches.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the system.
* Follow up consistently with leads to improve conversions and customer engagement.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls, talk time, and revenue generation.
* Handle walk-in customers (if assigned), explain service features, and support premium conversions.
* Ensure proper documentation and timely updates for all customer interactions.
* Participate in regular performance reviews, training sessions, and learning activities.

* Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (spoken and written).
