Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories pertinent to SAP SuccessFactors
• Design, develop, and implement test cases, test scenarios, and testing scripts
• Conduct Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Verify end-to-end HR workflows across SuccessFactors and associated systems
• Carry out data validation and reconciliation tasks
• Record, monitor, and re-evaluate defects utilizing defect management tools
• Work collaboratively with HR business users, functional consultants, developers, and integration teams
• Generate test execution reports, status updates, and defect metrics
• Assist in System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, release testing, and production deployment efforts
• Required experience in SAP SuccessFactors Modules
• Proven hands-on testing experience in one or more of the following modules
• Employee Central (EC)
• Recruitment Management (RCM)
• Onboarding 2
• Performance Goals Management (PMGM)
• Learning Management System (LMS)
• Compensation Management
• Succession Development
• Time Off and Time Tracking

Technical Requirements:

• Core skills include Technology SAP and Functional SAP SuccessFactors
