Technology analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of Solutions
• Manage JIVS Archiving solutions within SAP S4 HANA environments
• Oversee the design and implementation of tailored archiving and retrieval solutions
• Assess new SAP transactions and establish archival strategies
• Lead initiatives for application modernization upgrades and migrations
• Technical Guidance
• Direct the resolution of intricate production challenges and performance issues
• Offer expertise on integrating JIVS architectures and implementing best practices
• Perform code and technical design reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Application Support Operations
• Head L2 and L3 support efforts and resolve critical incidents
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards
• Ensure compliance with SLA, KPI, and operational standards
• Facilitate root cause analyses and drive continuous service improvements
• Database Infrastructure Management
• Design and enhance complex SQL queries and reporting solutions
• Lead efforts in database performance optimization, indexing strategies, and patch management
• Support infrastructure components such as Tomcat, Apache, and Azure-hosted environments

Technical Requirements:

• Core competencies in Database Technology, Microsoft SQL Server, Java, Oracle ECM (Enterprise Content Management), and SAP Technical (SAP Archiving)
