Technology analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create innovative document processing solutions utilizing OpenText Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
• Set up and manage document classification, extraction, validation, and workflow automation
• Build OCR-based solutions for handling structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents
• Configure extraction models and train machine learning algorithms for accurate document recognition
• Integrate OpenText IDP solutions with ECM, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications
• Develop and maintain APIs, connectors, and automation processes
• Execute system configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions
• Conduct testing, quality assurance, and production support tasks
• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and regulatory standards

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency with Digital Experience Platforms, CS Document and Records Management Platform, and OpenText Content Server

Additional Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of design principles and fundamental architectural concepts
• Understanding of performance engineering
• Familiarity with quality processes and estimation techniques
• Basic comprehension of project domain
• Ability to translate functional and non-functional requirements into system requirements
• Capability to design and develop complex programs
• Skill in writing test cases and scenarios based on specifications
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively
