Techno Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end supply chain solutions using Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), and Order Management System (OMS)
• Analyze business requirements from retail, manufacturing, and logistics domains and translate them into technical architecture
• Define and optimize workflows for inventory management, order processing, shipping, and fulfillment
• Implement scalable inventory optimization and supply chain intelligence solutions
• Ensure seamless integration between OMS, WMS, TMS, and other enterprise systems
• Support data-driven decision-making using supply chain analytics and reporting tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and reduce supply chain costs
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and alignment with business objectives
