Technicians

• The person at this position would be responsible for performing the tests effectively & interpreting correctly in all sections of Blood Bank as and when required
• FDA Approval will be an added Advantage

Core responsibilities:

• Sample preparation and testing: Receive, label, process, and test various samples (e.g., blood, tissue, chemicals) according to standard procedures. 
• Equipment management: Set up, calibrate, clean, and maintain lab equipment to ensure it is functioning properly for tests and experiments. 
• Data analysis and reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data, and prepare accurate reports of findings for scientists and managers. 
• Quality control: Conduct quality control tests and ensure that all procedures and results meet strict quality standards and safety regulations. 
• Safety and compliance: Follow all laboratory safety protocols and guidelines for handling hazardous materials and waste. 
• Support and collaboration: Provide technical support to scientists, assist with experiments, and collaborate on experimental design and data interpretation.
