Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise & Diagnostics

• Perform routine servicing, engine repairs, and maintenance on BMW motorcycles.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance comply with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.

Service Quality & Standards

• Maintain high-quality workmanship and technical standards.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure the reliability of serviced motorcycles.
• Uphold the premium brand image through meticulous service delivery.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and customer reports.
• Ensure all service documentation is completed in a timely and organized manner.

Customer Interaction & Support

• Assist service advisors in explaining technical issues to customers when necessary.
• Provide support for after-sales service inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
