We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating user-focused documentation for technical products. You will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation that meets the needs of our users and aligns with our company standards.

Responsibilities

• Research and gather information from subject matter experts to create accurate and comprehensive documentation.
• Develop user manuals, installation guides, and online help documentation.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and improve documentation.
• Update and maintain existing documentation based on product changes or user feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or Microsoft Word.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with content management systems and version control.
