Technical Trainer

Job description:-

1)     Should have passion towards training and take ownership in work

2)     Should have excellent communication skills to deliver the training

3)     Should be adaptive to work in online and class room sessions

4)     Should be a quick learner and able to self-learn programming languages, frame works and other open sources with minimal guidance provided by the department

5)     Should prepare technical course content , presentations, exercises and case studies for the provided requirement

6)     Should interact with project managers, technical leads frequently , improve the case studies to enrich the training repository

7)     Should handle theory and lab sessions for fresher's and experienced associates

8)     Should review the associate's lab exercise individually and support the associates in completing the case studies on time

9)     Should prepare question papers for evaluation and evaluate the associates on needy basis 

10)  Should be able to work in various shift to support multiple time zones

Qualifications: -

Fresher's B.E, BTech, ME, MCA ,B.Sc. with good programming skills

Expected technology stack

1.Programming languages- python or core java or C# - Mandatory

2.Cloud and AWS - Optional

3.RDBMS: - MYSQL / Oracle / Postgres / SQL server - Mandatory

4.Framework & Spring boot - Mandatory
