Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment Cycle:
  • Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers to candidates.
  • Interview Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Own the interview scheduling process and effectively communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team's capabilities and requirements.
  • Reference Checks:
  • Conduct reference checks for final candidates to validate their suitability for the role.
  • Talent Pipeline Development:
  • Build and maintain a strong diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a robust talent pool.
  • Standardization and Scaling of Interview Processes:
  • Work with the team to standardize and scale interview processes and evaluation criteria, ensuring consistency and fairness in the hiring process.
  • Promote Diversity and Inclusion:
  • Champion equality, inclusion, and diversity as key components of the recruitment strategy.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment Metrics:
  • Develop and share staffing metrics, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making and drive recruitment efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Experience in Executive Search or recruitment in SaaS or GCC companies.
  • Proven experience recruiting for commercial, functional, and technical roles.
  • Process and Strategy:
  • Passionate about implementing 'Best in Class' recruitment processes and their impact on Cognite's success.
  • Strong ability to understand business needs and timelines, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
  • Mindset & Problem-Solving:
  • Structured and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong collaborator in team efforts.
  • Data-Driven Approach:
  • Appreciation for the value of data in analyzing and predicting talent needs.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in Norwegian is a plus but not required.
  • Learning & Adaptability:
  • A willingness to learn continuously and adapt to new technologies, systems, and workflows.
  • Industry Experience:
  • Relevant experience in the tech industry is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration:
  • A collaborative team player who isn't afraid to ask questions and raise your hand to make things happen.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in Recruitment for Diverse Roles (technical, commercial, functional).
  • Familiarity with SaaS or GCC environments.
