Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to international customers over the phone.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps and solutions.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary.
About You:
- Any Graduate is eligible to apply.
- You have a minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in Technical Support (International Voice).
- You possess excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- You are customer-focused, patient, and have strong problem-solving abilities.
- You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
