Job Description

Ghrs Training is looking for a Technical Support Executive to join our team, focusing on international voice support. If you have a passion for technology and experience in helping customers remotely, this could be your next role!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to international customers over the phone.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps and solutions.
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary.

About You:

  • Any Graduate is eligible to apply.
  • You have a minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in Technical Support (International Voice).
  • You possess excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • You are customer-focused, patient, and have strong problem-solving abilities.
  • You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
