Job Description
- Provide functional and technical support for the PAG Sales Reporting Team
- Understand global BMS reports and monitor support tickets in the queue
- Engage with global stakeholders across EMEA and AMER regions through written and verbal communication
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently using SQL queries and backend database knowledge
- Perform backend data queries as required to support reporting and problem resolution
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and take initiative to learn new tools or processes
- Maintain excellent organization and personal effectiveness while managing tasks across multiple time zones
