Technical support /Desktop support(Freshers )- Voice process-day shift

Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Technical Support/Desktop Support professionals to join our team in a voice process role. This position is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in IT support. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to users in a day shift role.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
• Assist users in setting up and managing their accounts and applications.
• Document technical issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with other team members to improve support processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Familiarity with operating systems like Windows and Mac OS.
