Ghrs Training is looking for a Technical Support Associate to join our team, providing essential support in an international voice environment. If you're a graduate with experience in service desk operations and ticketing tools, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to international customers via voice.

- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Service Desk role.
- You are proficient in using Ticketing Tools for support management.
- You possess excellent communication skills in English, suitable for an international voice process.
