Job Description

Ghrs Training is looking for a Technical Support Advocate to join our international voice support team. If you have a passion for solving technical problems and experience with Microsoft technologies, this role offers a great opportunity to grow your career!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to international customers via an international voice process.
  • Utilize strong troubleshooting experience on Windows OS (Operating System) to diagnose and resolve user issues.
  • Assist customers with problems related to Microsoft Office 365 (M365) applications and services.
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately within the designated system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior technical teams when necessary.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism and clear communication.

About You:

  • You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support (International Voice).
  • You possess strong troubleshooting experience on Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365.
  • You are a Graduate from any discipline.
  • Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, M365 Fundamentals) are a plus.
  • You are customer-focused, patient, and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
