Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical support to international customers via an international voice process.
- Utilize strong troubleshooting experience on Windows OS (Operating System) to diagnose and resolve user issues.
- Assist customers with problems related to Microsoft Office 365 (M365) applications and services.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately within the designated system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior technical teams when necessary.
- Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism and clear communication.
About You:
- You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support (International Voice).
- You possess strong troubleshooting experience on Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365.
- You are a Graduate from any discipline.
- Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, M365 Fundamentals) are a plus.
- You are customer-focused, patient, and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
