Technical Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with factories to achieve desired product outcomes without compromising on design specifications, from tech pack receipt to bulk production.
• Review size-set samples and offer technical guidance; flag any issues at this stage and communicate them to customers.
• Support factories in meeting buyer requirements; suggest suitable sources for fabric and trims while allowing final decisions to rest with factory management.
• Participate in pre-production meetings (PPM) at factories and offer technical input to improve manufacturability and product consistency.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance overall product quality.
• Maintain records of issues faced and solutions provided at each factory; ensure customer approval is obtained before implementing solutions.
• Plan and conduct factory visits during sampling and production phases in coordination with Quality Executives (QEs) and coordinators.
• Ensure First Bulk Approval (FBA) and packing approvals are in line with customer specifications.
• Verify Fabric Package Test (FPT) and Garment Package Test (GPT) results, ensuring all required corrective actions (including shrinkage allowances) are addressed in the patterns.
• Collaborate with QEs on a daily basis to resolve technical issues at respective factories.
• Prepare and submit weekly summaries of factory visits, challenges encountered, and solutions implemented to the Head of Department (HOD).
