Technical Solutions Engineer, Infrastructure, GKE/Anthos

Role Responsibilities:

• Work with customers on their production GKE/Anthos deployments, resolving issues and ensuring availability, scale, and readiness.
• Troubleshoot and reproduce customer-reported issues to determine root causes, improving product performance and developing diagnostic tools.
• Act as a consultant and subject matter expert, collaborating with internal teams (engineering, sales, customer organizations) to resolve deployment obstacles and improve Google Cloud services.
• Provide 24-hour customer support as part of a global team, occasionally working non-standard hours or weekends to ensure continuous service.
• Advocate for customer needs internally, driving product improvements and production efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in coding (Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Go, or JavaScript) or system design.
• 4 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs, including resolving hardware, software, and operational issues.
• 4 years of experience with web technologies, networking, infrastructure, containerization (Kubernetes, Openshift), or Linux.
• Fluency in English for clear communication in customer-facing roles.
