Technical Solution Lead - Salesforce

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Architect and design scalable Salesforce solutions, including integrations with enterprise systems.
• Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical specifications.
• Oversee quality assurance, unit testing, and integration testing of Salesforce applications.
• Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Work within Agile SCRUM development methodology and influence technical decisions.
