Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Operations Management: Oversee all building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil works to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Manage and mentor a team of 8 technical staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, performance excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for technical services, ensuring strong client engagement and consistent service delivery.
  • Maintenance & Facility Management: Ensure effective preventive maintenance, inspections, and shutdown planning to minimize downtime and maintain compliance.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and technical standards while proactively managing operational risks.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage technical services budgets, contracts, procurement, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Energy & Sustainability Initiatives: Implement energy-saving programs and cost-reduction strategies to improve operational efficiency and sustainability.
  • Audit & Reporting: Conduct regular audits, maintain logs and checklists, and ensure accurate reporting of operational data and performance metrics.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs and contractual obligations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and implement best practices to improve service delivery and reliability.
