Job Description
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.

Required Qualification and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in BE/B Tech in Electrical Engineering with 5 + years of experience or Diploma in Electrical with 7 years of experience.
- Contract Administration experience of 3 yrs or more required.
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements.
- Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
- Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required.
