Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Technical Sales
- Develop and expand business opportunities within Biopharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Life Sciences organizations.
- Promote analytical products and services used in process development, quality control, and biologics testing.
- Achieve sales targets through strategic account management and business development initiatives.
- Identify and develop new customers while expanding existing accounts.
Key Account Management
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), researchers, and industry professionals across India.
- Provide high-level technical and commercial consultation to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Product & Application Support
- Promote solutions related to:
- Host Cell Protein and DNA Detection by ELISA
- HPLC and UHPLC Columns
- Glycan Analysis Kits and Reagents
- Cell Culture Media and Production Media
- Biologics Testing Services
- Process Development and Quality Control Solutions
- Provide scientific and technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Assist in resolving technical support cases and customer queries.
Technical Presentations & Training
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, seminars, workshops, and product demonstrations.
- Represent the organization at conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, and scientific events.
- Conduct customer training sessions and application discussions.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the Life Sciences and Biopharma sectors.
- Provide market feedback and contribute to sales and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement successful business growth plans.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain sales forecasts, customer interactions, and business development activities.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and market analysis updates.
- Ensure timely updates of opportunities and customer information.
