Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates within agreed timelines.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, including passive candidates.
• Advertise roles effectively across job boards and other platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements and deliver strong matches.
• Represent Sandhata's brand and values to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.
• Familiar with sourcing tools, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and work independently.
