Technical Program Manager, AI Data Operations

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional technical programs, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and AI Data Infra teams to optimize workflows and align operational priorities.
• Own resource allocation, process improvements, and tooling launches, managing escalations and critical incidents.
• Drive program execution, measure KPIs, mitigate risks, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting for AI Data operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management with technical cross-functional projects.
• 3 years of experience managing large-scale programs, including vendor-managed resources.
• Strong ability to influence, communicate across teams, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
