Job Description

1. Role Summary 

  • Lead enterprise transformation using GenAI & Agentic AI, driving shift to AI first, autonomous operations with measurable business outcomes 
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle from strategy → operationalization → scaled adoption, ensuring enterprise-wide value realization 

 

2. Key Responsibilities 

a. Transformation Program Leadership 

  • Drive end-to-end AI-led digital/process transformation and define AI first Target Operating Models 
  • Deliver measurable outcomes across cost, productivity, cycle time, and customer experience 

 

b. GenAI & Agentic AI Strategy 

  • Identify and prioritize high-value AI transformation use cases (copilots, agentic workflows, decisioning) 
  • Enable evolution from human-in-loop → semi-autonomous → fully autonomous enterprise operations 

 

c. Operationalizing AI with Delivery Teams 

  • Embed AI into delivery workflows, integrating with enterprise systems and establishing run models, SLAs, and continuous improvement loops 
  • Drive POC → pilot → industrialization → scale, with playbooks for repeatable deployment across delivery environments 

 

d. Adoption & Change Management 

  • Navigate adoption challenges (resistance, skills gaps, integration complexity) and drive enterprise-wide adoption strategy 
  • Track and optimize adoption KPIs (usage, productivity, ROI) through governance, training, and stakeholder alignment 

 

e. Technical Program Management 

  • Lead execution across architecture, engineering, deployment, and scaling for GenAI and agentic solutions 
  • Manage cross-functional teams and ensure Agile/product-led delivery with quality, velocity, and risk control 

 

f. Value Realization & Governance 

  • Define and track business KPIs and value realization (cost savings, productivity, automation levels) 
  • Ensure responsible AI governance (security, compliance, explainability, risk management) 

 

g. Go to Market & Portfolio expansion 

  • Drive opportunity mapping across portfolios/accounts and support pre-sales, solutioning, and client engagement 
  • Scale solutions through reusable assets, cross-portfolio adoption, and repeatable transformation models 

 

h. Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Act as trusted advisor to client and delivery leadership, leading executive governance and steering forums 
  • Bridge business, technology, and operations to align strategy with execution and adoption 

 

3. Qualifications 

 

a. Experience & Technical 

  • 10+ years in process/digital transformation and program management, with proven experience in scaling AI/automation initiatives in enterprise environments 
  • 2+ years of hands-on understanding of GenAI/LLMs, agent frameworks, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration architectures.  

 

b. Leadership & Delivery 

  • Expertise in Agile/product-led delivery with experience managing global, cross-functional teams 
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and executive communication skills
