Technical Product Delivery Manager OR Senior Product Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end technical product delivery in Workday HCM, Security, and Integrations.
• Lead Workday technical modules including Core HCM, Security, Integrations.
• Design, develop, and support integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, Web Services.
• Oversee product roadmap, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and client leadership.
• Manage ServiceNow / JIRA tickets, track escalations, and ensure SLA compliance.
• For Senior Product Manager: Manage Workday Integration Hub using APIs, Web Services, Dell Boomi.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong expertise in Workday HCM, Integrations, and Security.
• Experience with ServiceNow / JIRA, and API-based integrations.
• Strong leadership and client engagement skills.
• Workday certifications preferred.
