Role & responsibilities

• To Undertake the visit of collaterals which are proposed to be security against home loan.
• To provide collateral underwriting report within stipulated TAT
• Create and update online valuation reports.
• Take pictures of the property on site
• Verify approved building plans and property title records
• Maintaining a MIS of all instances brought by your branches and monitoring them with the valuer.
