• Drive automation initiatives and ensure seamless application performance across platforms.

Automation & Technical Expertise

• Design, develop, and maintain automated regression test suites, including functional, API, and performance testing.
• Oversee defect management and lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Apply knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and diverse technologies including web services, batch processing, and web applications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product Development and Management teams to align testing strategies with business goals.

End-to-End Testing & Metrics

• Establish comprehensive testing strategies covering functional, regression, UAT, scalability, and performance testing.
• Track, analyze, and report QA metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Innovation in QA

• Stay abreast of emerging QA trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance processes.
