Technical Manager - Chip Design Analog

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Lead a team of technical specialists, including developers, engineers, and support staff, managing workload and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Develop and implement technical processes and best practices to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor project progress, report updates, and recommend improvements or changes to project plans.
• Ensure technical systems, applications, and infrastructure are secure, reliable, and scalable.
• Promptly resolve technical problems and issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and project plans.
