Technical Lead / Technical Specialist – Snowflake & Advanced SQL

As a Technical Lead – Snowflake + SQL, you will be part of an Agile team responsible for designing and building healthcare applications. You will also implement new features while following best-in-class coding and development standards.

Responsibilities: -

• Perform data profiling to identify primary keys and any issues within the data.
• Develop ETL pipelines to load data into the client Data Platform, de-duplicate data, create or update dimensional data structures, and generate use case-specific output.
• Collaborate with the Product team to understand, clarify, and refine requirements.
• Partner with QA to resolve reported findings.
• Contribute both independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
• Proactively take on additional work when the current workstream slows down.
• Mentor junior team members and support onboarding for new team members.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

• SQL: Must be familiar with common table elements (CTEs), complex joins, and analytic and windowing functions

• Data Profiling: Must be able to identify unique and primary keys and determine cardinality, data type, precision, and scale, and skew
• Effective communication skills to communicate internally within the team and externally across other teams, notably Product and QA
• Understands the scope and context of the work and takes initiative to achieve the goals, rather than waiting to take specific directions
