Technical Lead QA

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ETL solutions using IBM DataStage (Designer, Director, Operations Console)
• Build and maintain DataStage Server Jobs, Parallel Jobs, and Job Sequencing workflows
• Create and manage Parameter Sets, Containers, Environment Variables, and Parallel Routines
• Implement data transformation, cleansing, and validation logic using DataStage components
• Work with transformation stages such as Transformer, Lookup, Merge, ODBC, and Oracle connectors
• Design and implement data warehousing models including Star Schema and Snowflake Schema
• Optimize ETL performance and ensure data quality and consistency
• Work with Teradata utilities including FastLoad, MultiLoad, and TPump for data loading
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Troubleshoot ETL failures and ensure smooth production operations
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines
