Technical Lead (Product Engineering)

Key Responsibilities

Technical Strategy & Ownership

• Define and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance system architecture
• Drive long-term technical vision aligned with product strategy and business needs
• Evaluate and integrate emerging tools, frameworks, and technologies
• Manage technical debt with a proactive and sustainable approach

Product Engineering Leadership

• Lead design and development of critical product features and modules
• Architect systems for multi-tenancy, high availability, and global reach
• Drive modernization initiatives – microservices, API-first, DevOps-native
• Collaborate with product managers to influence backlog and technical roadmap

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Serve as the technical authority and mentor for engineers across the team
• Conduct regular code reviews, architecture walkthroughs, and tech workshops
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high technical standards

Operational Excellence

• Implement CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and automation practices
• Introduce and embed SRE principles to enhance system resilience
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance regulations
