Technical Lead – Gen AI

In the role of Technical Lead – Gen AI, you will join an Agile team responsible for designing and building healthcare applications. You will also implement new features while following established best practices for software development.

Responsibilities: -

• Develop and improve AI models, ensuring alignment with business requirements and performance standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams—such as data scientists, engineers, and product managers—to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Own participation in the full end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, from conceptualization and design through deployment and ongoing monitoring.
• Perform detailed data analysis to uncover opportunities for model enhancement and optimization.
• Apply best practices for model training, validation, and testing requirements.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification across multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory Technical Skills: -

• Proven track record in leading AI projects, with a strong emphasis on model enhancement and optimization
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Thorough understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g.: TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Good to Have Skills: -

• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
